1. Entertainment Business License
According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Entertainment Venues, the establishment of entertainment venues shall be applied to the local county-level cultural authority. After verification and compliance with relevant conditions, the cultural authority will issue an entertainment business license.
2. Hygiene License
Go to the health bureau to apply for a health permit, which is not mandatory. However, indoor children‘s entertainment is a special industry and a place with a high flow of people. It is necessary to file with the local health and epidemic prevention department to avoid unnecessary disputes.
3. Business License
A business license is definitely essential. To register a company, you need to prepare: property ownership certificate and lease agreement, company articles of association, ID card, and other documents (3-5 company names, business scope, etc.). After preparing the materials, go to the Administration for Industry and Commerce for processing. The process includes name verification, business license application, seal engraving, tax filing, and opening a corporate account. If choosing to join a brand, one should contact the franchise headquarters regarding franchise matters, confirm the franchise relationship, and then apply for relevant licenses;
4. Fire Permit
Go to the Public Security Fire Department to handle it. Indoor children‘s playgrounds are the focus of fire inspections and must pass fire safety inspections. They must not be located in underground buildings. Fire extinguishers, hydrants, automatic sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and signage are required.
5. Tax Registration Certificate
Within 30 days of obtaining the business license, apply for the "Tax Registration Certificate" from the local tax and national tax departments. The original and photocopy of the ID card, business license, and property certification documents are required.
